Douby!

According to Raptors.com, the Raps have signed guard Quincy Douby to a 10-day contract from the D-League's Erie Bayhawks and if you were wondering, Erie is in Pennsylvania.

For the rundown on Douby, our friends at Ridiculous Upside has a nice little recap on Quincy Douby:

"Douby, who I compared to Dahntay Jones when he was initially signed to the D-League had a very similar D-League stay.  After being cut by Sacramento, he signed with the D-League, same as Jones.  While he didn't play as well as Jones in his D-League stint, he didn't have as much time to get acclimated with his team.  Douby didn't have the greatest stint in the D-League, as the shooter shot just 30% from beyond the arc.  Regardless, in the two games I watched, I could tell he deserved to be in the NBA..."  - Read more @ Ridiculous Upside

Quincy Douby has some NBA experience playing with the Kings for a couple of seasons. Here's a little video of Douby during his time in Sacramento (Will Smith as Ron Artest?!).  It's kind of funny, how many of these players still play with the Kings?
